Important Weather Advisory For J&K
From 24th to 25th March, an active Western Disturbance will bring moderate to heavy rainfall to the plains, with the timing of rain varying from area to area. Some areas may experience rain in the afternoon of Friday, while others may experience it during the Friday night.
Additionally, a few higher regions may receive moderate to heavy snowfall, with the majority of precipitation expected over the Pir Panjal Range.
Daytime temperatures are expected to remain 3 to 8°C below normal.
Note:
1. It is advisable for farmers to avoid spraying their orchards until Saturday.
2. There is also a possibility of shooting stones and landslides on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
