Register for the online application form by submitting your personal details on the give website; https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/
Note down the system generated no. and create your own password (8-13 characters) and security question. After successful submission of Personal Details, an application no. Will be generated which will be required for all future references/correspondences.

5.Upload images and documents (Candidates photograph, signature and category certificate(if any). JPG/JPEG Format only and size 4kb to 30 kb.
