Abbott is hiring an experienced Sr. Executive – Projects at their Jhagadia location. The overall responsibilities for project execution with smooth operation start up and ramp-up by ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.

What will you be doing:
To ensure high safety, health and environment standards in all project related activities at site.
Responsible for ensuring safe work behaviours and practices for all project related activities.
Responsible for timely execution of Projects meeting cost with regulatory compliancies.
To ensure timely review and approvals of specific documentation, procedures and site change control
system for equipment and process.
Ensure 100% adherence to Abbott GMP standards and guildlines, while executing site related projects.
Collaborate with Site validation team and ensure timely completion for IQ , OQ validation documentations for new equipments.
Ensure jobs verification ,certification and processing of bills/invoices for contractors / Vendors.
Interpreting isometrics/P&ID, FMEA, Pr-Commissioning and clearance of punch list points.
Optimize resources (manpower, machine and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion.
Qualifications for this Job:
Graduate in Civil/Electrical/Mechnical engineer
More than 1 year relevant experience in project management.
Preferrable from reputed colleges or having relevant pharmaceutical work experience.
Stakeholder Management
Strong Follow-up and execution skills
People Management skills
