Snowfall started at most places of Kashmir including Srinagar, Banihal, Badarwah & Rain at most places of Jmu including Jmu city since morning.

Likely to continue for nxt 1 -2 hrs.& stop gradually in plains whereas snow likely to continue over higher reaches for nxt 5-6 hrs.
NO heavy snow expected in plains.

1. People living in Snowbound Area are requested to satya Alert & NOT to venture out unless emergency as thereโs always chances of Snow Avalances.
2. Stay Away from Avalanche Paths, atleast for nxt 1-2 days during this snow spell.
3. Remain updated, weather wise.
4. Follow the instructions of Administration, Police for your safety.
