First step is that you have To write your Enrollment Number in Figures:-
Enrollment no in figures means you have to write your Enrollment Number in numbers/digits eg, 123456 etc. As it clearly mentioned in your hall ticket that the examinees should carefully write their enrolment numbers on the answer sheet. In case of an ambiguous, deceptive or incorrect enrolment number being entered, the result will not be declared. If the roll number of the examinee is 9 digits instead of 10 digits, then x (cross) should be marked in the last bracket. Don’t add zero before the enrolment number to make it 10 digits. The code of the examination Centre should also be entered in similar way.
Second step is that you have to write your Enrollment Number in words:-
You can understand this section easily through Example. For example if your Enrollment Number is 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, then you have to write your Enrollment Number in words like that One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine.
Third Step, Write your Examination Centre Code:-
you have to write your Examination Centre Code which is also available on your Admit Card.
Day & Date:- this is easy step you have to write day & Date.
Programme Code:- you have to write programme code, Suppose if my Programme is Bachelor of library and information Science, My code is BLIS. You can check your Programme Code from your hall ticket/admit card.
Course Code:- each subject has different course code. On your Admit Card you can see course code of your All subjects.
Course title:- Obviously you must know that you have to write the title of your course/subject.
Before submitting the answer sheet to the invigilator, the candidate should check that his/her signature, the invigilator’s signature and the examination Centre’s stamp is affixed at the designated place.
Please note that apart from the main answer sheet, no supplementary answer sheet will be provided. Therefore, candidates should write in each line and not leave blank pages.

- Hall Ticket/Admit Card (Printed Hardcopy) with passport size photo pasted and Signature on it.
- IGNOU ID Card

- Pen/Pencil & other stationary.
- Mobile Phones or (Any Other Electronic Devices) are allowed at the exam centre But NOT in the Exam Hall
