The detailed terms and conditions with regard to eligibility pertaining to
selection are as follows.- Appointment of the candidates: –
- The selection/recruitment to these posts shall be carried out under the “provisions of SR0-412 dated 30.12.2009, SR0-425 dated 10.10.2017 and other relevant rules governing the subject.” “a It is clarified that only the “”Migrants’ as defined In SR0-412 of 2009” or the ..Kashmir/ Pandits as defined In SR0-425 of 2017 are eligible to apply for these posts.
- The migrant status of those applying under SR0-412 of 2009 will be certified by the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, J&K.
- Candidates applying under SR0-425 of 2017 will be certified by the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned District.
