The appointment order of the selected candidates shall be issued by the respective appointing authorities only after the receipt of the verification of character and antecedents from the CID in-terms of Government Order No.528-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 21.06.2021 as amended from time to time.
b. All these appointments shall be made in terms of Jammu and Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Service, Pay and Allowances) and fixation of tenure rules, 2020 notified vide S.0 192 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020.
c. The cadres/ department allocated by the appointing authority/JKSSB shall not be changed under any circumstances by any authority/department.
d. The appointment shall be cancelled ab-initio, if it is found that the candidate is having higher qualification than the prescribed one at any stage later on, he/she shall also be liable for criminal prosecution.
e. All the appointment orders shall be issued subject to the outcome of any petition/(s) pending in any competent court/Tribunal etc.
