Meanwhile, a fake notice claiming the entrance exam has been postponed is circulating on social media. It has been clarified by Dr Randeep Guleria, Director, AIIMS, that the notice is fake.

Ahead of the scheduled release of the AIIMS PG Exam 2021, students have moved Supreme Court, seeking postponement of the examination. As many as 80,000 students have registered for the PG examinations. Students have urged the central government and AIIMS exam conducting authority to postpone the examination to a later date

The fake notice circulating in social media on AIIMS PG Exam 2021 says, “AIIMS PG Exam 2021 has been postponed. Revised exam dates will be notified in due course of time through website aiimsexams.ac.in.” Students appearing for AIIMS PG Exam 2021 are advised to keep a check only on the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in and not to believe on any other sources.

One of the AIIMS officials said the authorities are sending SMS to students to alert them against such fake news. The AIIMS PG Exam 2021 was initially scheduled for May 8, 2021, which later got postponed to June 16, 2021.

Since the release of the AIIMS PG Exam 2021 date, students across the country have been protesting to postpone the examination. Raising concerns over safety as well as the fact that many have been unable to take out time for study, students have moved to SC to file a PIL.

AIIMS had earlier promised a minimum of one month’s notice before the emanation. While AIIMS PG Exam 2021 date got released only ten days prior. So far, there is no news on the postponement of the examination. However, students are advised to keep a check on the official website for more updates on AIIMS PG Exam 2021.
