It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that itten examination for the post of Junior Engineer as well as Sub- Lispector, as permitted by the Division Bench of the High Court vide its impugned interin Order dated 09-12-2022, has since boon conducted.
It is also stated that Writ Appeal is coming up for hearing in next week or so.
In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Special Leave Petition on merits at this stage and doen it appropriate to dispose of the same with a request to the Division Bench of the High Court to decide the appeal at the earliest and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Till such time, as directed by the High Court, the result of the examination shall not be declared. It is clarified that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the High Court is requested to dispose of the appeal on its own merits and in accordance with law.
