How To IGNOU Register 2022?

  • Go to the official web portal of IGNOU.
  • Click on the ‘Register Online’ dropdown icon.
  • Select the “New Admission” option.
  • A new screen will appear showing Admission Portal July 2022.
  • Hit the “Click Here for New Registration
  • Now, fill in all the personal details as required.
  • Finally, Click on the “Register” button.
  • For multiple logins, applicants must have their username and password.

Step 5. Application fee payment

  • Then, pay the application using debit card, credit card, ATM card (PNB) or net banking.

Debit Card/Credit Card (Master/Visa/RuPay)

Select Debit Card/Credit Card option to pay the registration fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment. After successful payment, print/save the payment confirmation slip to be shown in the future as a proof.

Payment by Net Banking

If candidates have a net banking account, then they can select this option. Candidates will be redirected to their bank’s website.

Payment by ATM Card (PNB)

Candidates can also pay via their ATM card. But they must make sure that the payment will be accepted only if the card is of Punjab National Bank (PNB)

  • The university will release a separate application form for BEd and the admission will be conducted based on an entrance test.

  • Before candidates start the IGNOU registration 2022, they are advised to check the eligibility criteria of the desired programmes.

  • SC/ST candidates can claim the fee exemption facility for one programme only. If they submit more than one application claiming fee exemption then all the applications will be rejected.
