Maruti Suzuki is expected to unveil its latest product after the new Brezza compact SUV launched last month.

It will unveil an all-new mid-size SUV in the country on 20 July.
It’s likely to be named simply ‘Vitara’ and will come with mild and strong-hybrid powertrain options.
The Vitara will be positioned above the new Brezza which it will also be bigger and longer than.
It is expected to cost between Rs 11-18 lakh.
Development
Internally codenamed ‘YFG’, the SUV is co-developed by Toyota and Maruti Suzuki.
Production will begin next month at Toyota’s plant in Karnataka.
The SUV will come with a unique exterior styling and new exterior shades.
Interior, features
Features it will come equipped with include:
- Digital instrument cluster
- Electric sunroof
- 360-degree camera
- Heads-up display
- Front ventilated seats
- Nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity
- Wireless charger
- Suzuki Connect telematics
- Leatherette upholstery
Powertrain
The mild-hybrid version will be a 1.5-litre K-Series petrol engine that will be offered with a five-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission.
It produces 101bhp and 135Nm of peak torque.
This will also be available with an all-wheel-drive setup.
The second option is the strong-hybrid powertrain which will be a Toyota-sourced 1.5-litre petrol engine paired to an electric motor.
It churns out 113.4bhp and 135Nm of peak torque.
This will likely be a front-wheel-drive powertrain with power being distributed by an e-CVT unit.
