PROCEDURE FOR PHYSICAL COUNSELLING:
The Board shall conduct the physical Counselling for filling up of available seats in all Govt./Private Institutions of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh as per the schedule given above simultaneously at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar through Video Conferencing.
Candidates shall have to report to the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar physically for registration/attendance & fulfillment of other formalities between 08:30 A.M. 10:30 A.M. on the respective dates of counseling as per their Ranks alongwith all relevant documents.
Seats shall be allotted to the candidates as per their merit, preferences and availability of seats at their turn of counseling.
A candidate who misses his/her counselling on a particular (designated) day is allowed by the Board to participate in the counselling in the next day(s) provided that he/she does
not stake any claim on a seat which has been allotted to a candidate next in merit (to such candidate) on the ground that the candidate could not participate in the physical
round of counselling earlier when the seat was available, irrespective of his/her high merit.
The Board reserves the right to notify such changes (or any other change) as may become necessary in view of any technical difficulty or the reasons beyond its control.
The counselling of such candidates whose results have not been declared till date shall be held during any round of counselling. If results be declared before start of counselling these candidates are advised to submit their marks card well before start of counseling physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar, so that they shall be included in the Counseling process on the basis of their merit after the allotment of sub ranks to them.

i. Domicile Certificate
ii. Marks Card of 10th class (whose result is declared).
iii. Copy of category certificate, wherever applicable.
iv. Certificate of Physically challenged category, wherever applicable.
