JK Public Service Commission Posts, Postponed Or Abolished ? Aspirants Question

Once upon a time, Public Service Commission, J&K publicized some posts vide notificationdated: 19.01.2018 for which lot of aspirants filled up the forms as per the due date with requisitte fee.
But, some aspirants informed Cross Town News that around 3 years 4 months have lapsed but they are still not aware of the issue that whether any written test/interviews for the said posts had conducted or not.
Even, one aspirant said that PSC had charged Rs. 805/form fee but not informing the aspirants regarding the issue of said posts but who will clarify on this ?
